Contest Name

October 2026 SG Contest – Project Apex

Contest Entry

Subscribers may receive a Contest Entry in one or more ways, as follows:

1. Purchase of a Qualifying Product as defined below; and
2. Submission of a verified Non-Purchase SG Contest Entry Request.

Contest Prize

One (1) custom-built 2024 Ford F-350 Tremor (the “Vehicle”), built by Alpine Diesel and wrapped by Stealth Graphics, which includes the following:

• The Vehicle, as built and wrapped by the Prize Partners
• $20,000.00 (CAD) in cash
• One-way economy airfare to Calgary, Alberta for the prize winner and one (1) guest to take possession of the Vehicle

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Contest Prize: $185,000.00 (CAD).

Contest Period

The Contest Period shall run from the Contest Start Date on October 6, 2026 at 12:01AM (MST) and continues until the date on which the Sponsor announces that all Qualifying Products are sold out (the “Sold Out Date”).

Non-Purchase SG Contest Entry Requests must be received no later than 11:59PM (MST) on the date that is two (2) weeks after the Sold Out Date (the “Contest End Date”).

Prize Eligibility

The prize winner must have reached the age of majority in their Province, State, or Territory of residence, must hold a valid driver’s licence, and must provide proof of valid automobile insurance before taking possession of the Vehicle.

The Vehicle is awarded “as is”. The Sponsor and the Prize Partners make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Vehicle, other than any manufacturer’s warranty that may remain in effect. Aftermarket modifications made to the Vehicle may limit or void the manufacturer’s warranty. The Vehicle awarded may differ from images of the Vehicle shown in advertising.

The prize winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with the Vehicle after it is awarded, including, without limitation, registration, title, licensing, inspection, insurance, fuel, maintenance, and repairs.

The Vehicle must be picked up in person by the prize winner in Calgary, Alberta. The Vehicle will not be shipped or delivered. The pickup date is subject to Sponsor approval.

The Sponsor will provide one-way economy airfare to Calgary, Alberta for the prize winner and one (1) guest, departing from a major commercial airport near the prize winner’s residence, as determined by the Sponsor. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates and other travel restrictions, and are subject to Sponsor approval. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets.

If the prize winner elects to travel without a guest, the guest portion of the airfare is forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. Unless the guest is a child or ward of the verified winner, the guest must be eighteen years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the winner.

Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e., valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel.

A prize winner who resides outside of Canada is solely responsible for importing the Vehicle into their jurisdiction of residence, including, without limitation, all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, inspections, and any modifications required to meet safety or emissions standards. The Sponsor and the Prize Partners make no representation that the Vehicle may be lawfully imported into, registered in, or operated in any jurisdiction outside of Canada.

The cash portion of the Contest Prize will be paid in Canadian dollars by cheque or electronic transfer to the verified prize winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for currency conversion or for any related fees.

Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, provincial/state, or other tax obligations related to the Contest Prize. The prize winner may apply the cash portion of the Contest Prize toward those obligations, but the Sponsor makes no representation that the cash portion will be sufficient to satisfy them.

ARV of the Contest Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of the Contest Prize will not be awarded.

Contest Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth in the Contest Prize description; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, registration, fuel, accommodation, meals, ground transportation, return travel, accessories, etc.) are included in the Contest Prize.

The Contest Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Contest Prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash alternative for the Vehicle will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the Contest Prize is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason.

Final eligibility to receive Contest Prize is at all times subject to the winner’s lawful eligibility to receive and/or redeem the Contest Prize under the laws of both their jurisdiction of residence and the jurisdiction that the Contest Prize is to be delivered or redeemed from.

The Sponsor and the Prize Partners shall be entitled as part of an SG Contest Prize verification process to demand such further documents and proof confirming the eligibility and compliance of prize winners with the laws of such jurisdiction, at the sole expense of the prize winners.

Qualifying Products

Subscribers shall receive one (1) entry for a chance to win the Contest Prize for each of the following qualifying product purchased in the Stompin Ground store before the Sold Out Date:

A maximum of 4,475 Qualifying Products are available for purchase.
